Being a Formula 1 driver was never one of Johnny’s life ambitions.
Sure, it was a hobby of his – he enjoyed the wind racing against the sleek exterior of the car as he zoomed past and the blitzes of passerby’s expressions. He’s not against the idea of it becoming his life’s work (would be too late now, anyways) but he just hadn’t expected it. That’s all.

Peter freezes, brain short-circuiting for a beat. In that fraction of hesitation he catches the faint downturn of Johnny’s mouth, the way his gaze flickers away like he’s already bracing for rejection.
"No," Peter blurts, a little too fast, straightening from the wall. "Definitely not. I mean—no rule against it. At all. Zero rules, actually."
Peter Parker is used to unpredictable. What he's not used to is a powerless Johnny Storm crashing on his couch.

All the other cards—the minor and major arcana—are ways they feel about things, or things that happen to them, or people who they meets along the way who change them.” Her finger tapped the card, indicating the figure’s raised, bell-adorned foot, and the cliff beyond. “The Fool is the beginning of the personal journey. See? One more step takes them over the edge.”
