The smile never left his face. “I know everything must be confusing. For now rest, you must be exhausted.”
“Rest? I don't even know where I am or how I got here!” He sighed. “At least give me my phone.”
Izuku’s smile turned into something somber. “Sorry Kacchan, I can't do that.”
“What do you mean by ‘can’t do that'?” Katsuki watched as Izuku rose from the bed and started walking to the door. “Wait-!” He threw back the sheets, ready to run after him, when his blood ran cold. “What the fuck.”
A heavy metal manacle was locked around his ankle, attached to a thick metal chain. The chain had some length, with the end connected to one of the bed posts. With shaking hands, he pulled at it.
“What the hell is going on?”

Summary
Itadori Yuuji's new life as a Jujutsu sorcerer is going pretty well, if you ignore the whole scheduled-execution thing.
Then a curse rewrites and regresses his body back to four years old.
Gojo Satoru does not think this is funny when he hears about it at first.
Then he sees Yuuji alive, mostly unharmed, and tiny enough to drown in someone else's jacket, and unfortunately adorable.
So, naturally, Satoru decides this is funny.
His newest student is confused, still weirdly determined to help and somehow worse at keeping himself alive. Satoru takes it upon himself to make sure Yuuji does not toddle into danger while waiting for Shoko to come and fix the problem.
Except Shoko can't fix the problem.
Then every memory Yuuji has after age four starts slipping away.
