Oikawa let out a sound between a laugh and a sob, breathless with disbelief. “You think this is about me being drunk?”
His voice cracked, teetering on the edge of breaking. “I’m not in my right mind because of you.” His fists clenched, nails gouging his palms, a bitter fury rising in his throat, hot and choking.
“Since when were you so good at pretending I don’t exist? You once said—no, not just once—you always said I was your whole world.” His tone trembled, a jagged whisper. “Am I really that easy to forget?”
