“You could… you know…” Childe breathes, voice barely above a whisper. He looks down and Scaramouche’s eyes are boring into him, so violet it’s almost unnatural, alert, awake, alive.

Childe sighs then drops to his knees so he’s kneeling in front of Scaramouche. His hands creep to the scarf at his neck, he tugs it down just a bit to reveal a strip of milky white skin. He doesn’t miss the way that Scaramouche’s eyes go wide—pupils big and dilated.

When I tell you I started sniffling and crying at that wedding scene. That was probably one the first time I've read a CHISCARA wedding scene and well, surprise surprise i shed some tears. This was truly an experience, a sad, funny, homo, and real experience. The way way author wrote this WILL be keeping me up at night for at least the next week. Ana is so well written, Tartaglia is so well written.. and Scara is there ig...(/j 🙉) but to wrap this up, author better watch out because I WILL be finding them and taking their thinking and writing abilities. (/j again🥹🥹) this is best ABO fic I've ever read in my ao3 reading years. thank you. I will be checking if you have more chiscara fics on your pages now. (yo i was like shocked when I found out that the fic was 80k words but lowkey that's not that bad considering you could've dragged the story out for way longer, love you for that king) 🤍

Fuck. Childe had no clue what he just said. Lying beneath him the way he was, the bassist looked like a girl. Tiny gasps and trembling lips. His wet t-shirt didn’t hide anything. Neither did the oversized thrifted jorts that hung low on his waist. Scara could always read through Childe. If he spent another second admiring this state, he’d definitely catch on. Except, he couldn’t stop.
Childe had forgotten about the joint completely, until he noticed the boy under him bringing it up to his lips, once again, hitting it slowly. Those swollen, cracked lips. Had anyone else thought of them the way he was? Had anyone else felt them the way Childe now hoped to? The glare he held with Scaramouche’s mouth broke when he noticed words releasing. Well, one word.
