    He shook his head, looking down at the worn wood beneath his hands. “Yeah, okay. And who would that someone even be? You?” Robert had meant it as a throwaway. A joke. He kept telling himself this, afterwards.
    A beat. Flambae’s gaze felt hot against his skin. And not just in the way everything about him seemed to be. “It could be. I’d treat you right. I’d rock your world, bitch.” He crossed his arms, looking down at Robert.

    “Uh,” he says, looking up from his screen and feeling his ears go hot, realizing for the first time that this habit of his hasn’t actually come up before until this exact moment.

    “What?” Rozanov asks, sounding more amused than anything else. “You are one of the people who does Instagram for food now?”

    “No,” Shane says, stalling between answering and finishing his Snap so he can send it to Melissa, “one sec.” He finishes typing out 'Tuna melt. Chips. Pickles. It smells really good. Swiss cheese, I think.' before he looks back to Rozanov, putting his phone facedown on the coffee table. “Just sending it to someone on the staff. She likes knowing what I’m eating.”

    He doesn’t know if Melissa likes knowing what he’s eating, per se, but she also seems pleased when he talks about enjoying food for things beyond how many grams of protein it has in it.

    “Ah,” Rozanov says, in a tone Shane can’t quite read. “You always send her your food then, this girl?”

    (shane has a habit of sending his team's dietician his meals for approval) (the problem with this habit? he forgets to tell ilya exactly what it is that melissa does) (how the tuna meltdown is AVERTED through the power of miscommunication)

    (Takes place a year after "Sinsmas" & a week before the events of Hazbin Hotel Season 2, respectfully.)

    After awakening from a strange slumber, Blitzo & his extended I.M.P. family find themselves on the Moon, where they run into Princess Charlotte Morningstar & her Hazbin Hotel family. They soon realize that this is not the Moon of their world, as they are greeted by a mysterious host, a being from Reality-0, where every universe is created. He's gathered them all here to view their own adventures from the "Cartoon Shows" the hosts claim that they're from, as a way of self-reflection, and through this they will discover a lot more about themselves than they thought they ever would, leading to making amends & forging friendships, both old & new.

    [UPDATE (6/17/26): This series is going on a hiatus because my computer decided to crash & it didn't save the chapter I was currently writing, even though I already saved it! So, I will not be working on this series for a while. I don't know when I'll come back to it, but I need a break after something infuriating like that!]
