Tim era bom em qualquer coisa e o apelido prodígio combinava perfeitamente bem com ele. Era irritante. Toda vez que ele ia bem em algo, ele procurava pelo olhar de Jason — como se soubesse que estava sendo vigiado por ele — para se exibir, abrir mais um sorriso arrogante e se gabar da sua vitória.
Jason sentia inveja.
Mas a outra parte de si também sentia orgulho e queria bagunçar os cabelos do garoto como parabenização. Mas isso era idiota. Jason não gostava de Tim.

On the screen, Tim’s eyes were calculating as he mulled something over. He seemed to come to a decision and straightened up. “I enjoy rough sex-“
“Oh my god,” Jason said, curling over himself like he’d been hit.
“-and I asked Red Hood to treat me like that.”
There was dead silence in the conference room for a moment, before suddenly everyone had a question.
Or: When Red Hood is caught on tape having sex with Timothy Drake of Drake Industries, Jason Todd is mortified. Especially when Tim has to have a press conference addressing the issue. Especially when he has to watch it with his family.
The tape isn’t the only thing that ends up being revealing - suddenly Jason is confronted with the fact that his secret identity may not have been so secret, and his boyfriend apparently has a keen eye for photography…

Jason wasn’t about to start pining for Tim Drake of all people. Hell no. Case in point, the intensely requited feelings, because Tim is an absolute fucking embarrassment but goddamnit does Jason want him.
Fondly, insultingly, Jason tells Tim, “You’re probably the smartest idiot I know.”
Tim blinks, hard. “Uhm. Thank you?”
Jason pulls him in again.

Against all of Jason's better judgement, he too succumbs to the contagious disease known as a crush, but luckily for the both of them, he's much more advantageous about it all, extreme denial notwithstanding.
