Summary
Something went wrong, on what was supposed to be the day that would bring peace to Futurum once and for all. For whatever reason, Takumi decided that it was Eito's responsibility to fix it.
The problem is that first, he has to survive 100 days at Last Defense Academy. And save everyone else while he's at it.
Or: It's obvious that this loop is going to be different from the moment that Eito Aotsuki sits up at his desk and takes off his glasses. Now Hiruko just has to hope that his claim that he came back in time to save everyone isn't his usual flavor of pre-betrayal deceptive loyalty.
Well, if it is, it's not like there won't be another loop afterwards. She might as well play along.

“I am the executor of your great-grandfather’s estate. Will the others be joining us?”
“Others? What others?”
As if on cue, a plane flew over them, dropping someone off on parachutes. Someone who became increasingly familiar as they approached the ground, playing a cheerful tune on their umbrella, and eventually landed upright with the graciousness of an autumn leaf pecking a puddle. Dear Lord.
“JOSÉ?!”
Then a bus arrived and kicked no one but Panchito Pistoles out the door. He managed to do a somersault for a – not only safe – but spectacular entrance.
“PANCHITO?!”—

Webster's Grampy never scolded him for liking girly things. He's starting to think he should have, so that he wouldn't have gotten the taste for it in the first place. It'd have made it easier to quit.
