Time travel takes a peon of fate and makes them omniscient for one glorious moment, until they cast their die and crash the future fully off course in whatever they have deemed a justifiable cause.
In short, time travel has made Kakashi a control freak. How…piteous. And embarrassing, not that anyone knows to judge him.
