Not once does he break eye contact with the man who imbued the air with the smell of rain and the richness of life. Yeonjun slips the cigarette out from Beomgyu’s finger, looking at it for just a second. Face contorted with disgust, he dropped it to the ground and crushed it with the heel of his shoe. As he stares into Beomgyu’s soul, the man twists his foot left and right until the buzzing orange fire and gray-white stick were mangled into impossibly small particles.Their lovesick professors put them together, but who knew they would be changed forever.

“So?” Yeonjun answered without hesitation, as if that was no problem at all and he couldn't understand Beomgyu’s point. “We can still go together. I already bought a tent and everything,” Yeonjun continued, making the younger boy gulp. “We are going,” he finished, his voice final.
“You bought stuff?” Beomgyu asked, incredulous. He had just planned on using the group’s shared gear, he hadn’t even thought of buying anything new, so Yeonjun must’ve been really excited about their camping trip.
“Of course I did.” Yeonjun huffed, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. “So don’t bail on me too, Beoms.”
Beomgyu, who’s had a crush on his close friend Yeonjun ever since high school, suddenly finds himself stuck on a romantic camping trip with the older boy after their friends unexpectedly ditch them.
