    He looks down at Ilya again as his hands make their way under his pajama shirt, a light scratching noise filling Ilya’s ears. The sound is quiet--he knows it--but when he watches Shane, it feels like the sound of a massive boom. The worst part of the entire thing is the fact that Shane is clearly unaware of his actions or their effects.

    “I am efficient, Hollander.” Ilya responds, a teasing smile on his lips. “I do not waste time like you.”

    “Okay, okay.” Shane raises his hands in defeat, a small laugh escaping his lips as he shakes his head. “I’ll give you the hour you ask for Rozanov.”

    Ilya is sure he’s imagining Shane’s eyes lingering on his lap, so he tries his best to maintain some level of decorum.

    He wants to rip Shane Hollander to shreds.
