Regret blooms in his chest, his feet frozen. He should walk away, he cannot turn around or he will spiral.
"Why did you do it?" A figure frozen above him, fist pulled back as he tries to build the momentum yet cannot build the anger as much as the crumbling air that envelops him.
"Oh Beomseok?" This time, the voice is closer, more sure. Against his better judgement, he turns.
