Summary
It’s a little bit creepy to notice when a place hires someone new. Lottie figures it could be creepier, since it’s not like she keeps an active spreadsheet of Yellowjackets Smoothie Bar’s employees and their hours, and it’s not like she tried to notice the new face in the striped yellow and black uniform, it’s just that the new face is incredibly attractive and hard not to notice.
"Can I get a name for the order?”
It’s stupid. It’s so, so stupid. But the new girl is really hot and Lottie’s tripping all over her words and if Van were here she’d be laughing her ass off at Lottie gaping like a fish at the new girl, who has thick eyeliner, beautiful blue eyes, and… and a nametag pinned to her shirt. Natalie.
“Hello? Can I get a name for the order?”
“Natalie. Nat-Natalie.”
