Bitter denial that tries to sound convincing as he pushes the other man against the nearest wall with an abrupt thud, which occurs at the same time he pulls closer, much closer, not quite sure why he does it in the first place, but there's his punishing thumb looming on the stained skin out of impulse. Out of gratuitous cruelty, as a well-aimed squeeze triggers a sharp pang of pleasure to break his voice halfway, although not enough to destabilize. “I'm- I'm not.”
