Adam, of course, being a well-known and relatively well-liked by the general populace of his shitty school would always get invited personally by the middle-child of the Morningstar family, and he usually enjoyed it. Would drink free booze, get frisky with a hottie on the dance floor and fuck her later in one of the 13 bedrooms of the oversized mansion to then later wake up to find out it was some loser douche's girlfriend. Sanji liked to stay on the positive side when it came to other people and their odd little behaviors and quirks, but it didn’t seem quite right to do it for his own. It was easier to think in terms of debt and survival and penance than focusing on the positives.
The mouse sitting on his shoulder, observing his meal prep, squeaked at him, and Sanji smiled.
This indulgence was done in honor of all the poor mice friends who had been killed because he showed them kindness. When Sanji reached his hand up to offer scraps too small to save for Luffy, the mouse nuzzled his fingers.
