Bonus points if Dean does a beer spit take. Up to you whether Cas meant the double entendre or not (obviously this has to happen in front of other people)

When Cas's grace is running out for the second time, the Winchester brothers enlist the help of a certain archangel to save his life. Gabriel comes up with the perfect solution: Dean and Cas bond. This seems like a great plan until Dean discovers too late what the bond really means. Gabriel informs him, much to his delight, that he is now Angel Married to Cas with no way of reversal. Summary
Sam believed that every bad thing that had happened to them since Dean got back from Hell was because his brother fucked a priest.
Dean would argue against that logic as he’s done a lot of other things that should be considered more blasphemous, not that he believed in universal retribution in the first place.
And Cas? Well, Cas was jealous…and curious, because if Dean fucking a priest was considered bad luck, what would fucking an angel constitute as?
