Summary
Hunted to near extinction, the last of the Nephillum race, Lady Ma'ryna determines to live the remainder of her years within the Danar forest, the ancestral lands of the Nephillum, preserving the culture of her once great kindred. In solitude she toils day and night, a learned woman of the traditional arts of her people, she paints and composes and writes and prays. Yet there is no one to disciple, no young hands to hold a paint brush steady, nor young feet to wade into the roaring waters of the Danalube river. The last hundred years have been lonesome, ever since the passing of her husband, Prince Bowain, whom she failed to concieve with. In the midst of capturing the majesty of the Danalube falls upon oil and canvas, a peculiar sound pierces her ears above the thundering of the great waters. Ma'ryna raises her eyes and sees it. Clutching for dear life upon a petite rock outcropping at the peak of the falls, is what appears to be a green and red turtle of a species she has never seen before. Its shriek of terror siezes her heart and she has no choice but to answer its call for help.

“Ngh, you okay?” the King mumbles through his lips, half of his jaw squashed into the mud.

Summary
It's not really being an omega that comes as a surprise when Luigi presents. Rather, it's that the scent he received couldn't have been more off-putting to the rest of the human race.
When Mario and Luigi are swept into a weird world and ripped apart from each other, they don't have time to consider the different way this new place treats them in their desperation to get back to one another. They must then navigate the new dynamic hurdles and temptations brought about by this strange world full of mushroom folk, gorillas in sports coats, and being the oddities in a good way for once.
Also, why does Luigi's awful smell keep making that terrifying turtle titan act so confusingly around him?
