Fact two: Rumi saw, and clearly did not care or think Zoey’s actions were out of the ordinary. She laughed at Mira, for crying out loud.
Conclusion (?): This was just a part of her and Zoey’s strengthening friendship.
OR: Zoey begins kissing Mira casually, as a way to show-not-tell her feelings for her. Mira, who has never really had female friendships, thinks this “friend kissing” is normal. Cue shenanigans and an extremely frustrated Rumi

Rumi isn’t blind, per se, but with her whole boyfriend-not-boyfriend situation with Jinu, separate room and sneaking out at night, and overwhelming stress due to the Honmoon, she hasn’t exactly been as, ahem, close to Zoey and Mira lately.
