"I don't care if we're soulmates. Soulmates mean nothing." Silver cut him off, glaring sharply. If his words weren't enough to break Gold's heart in two, the venom behind his typically monotone, uncaring voice would have done it.
A blatant rejection from his soulmate. Even a year later, Silver’s words continue to ring in Gold’s ears. He pushes them down, tries his best to ignore them and how they shatter his heart into pieces every time he thinks about them. If his soulmate doesn’t want him, that’s fine by him. He doesn’t need his soulmate, especially not one as cold and rude as Silver, who refused to even give him a chance before rejecting him. Two can play that game.
The universe has no intention of letting either of them play that game.

Summary
Enrolling in a high-class prestigious school is a challenge for anyone. From the principal, to every teacher, parents, and even other students, everyone’s expectations are high. There's nowhere to turn where a student won't be critically judged for their every move.
The challenge is most difficult for Silver, who on top of being sent to Viridian High, Viridian City's most prestigious school, against his wishes, is the only male omega to ever attend. Before him, no one had heard of a male omega being sent to a prep school. Because what parent would waste their money sending a male omega to a prep school, when they’re only going to end up as a servant.
Regardless, Silver is now stuck at this school, since his father refuses to change his mind on sending him. All he has to do is get through the next three years. It shouldn’t be that hard. He’s experienced worse, just for being an omega, than some name-calling and snickering behind his back.
Until he meets Gold. And the standards that are already hard for any other student to achieve, seem to become impossible for him.
