Summary
The war was over. Sasuke was still an idiot, but they were mostly getting over that. During an ambush, Naruto jumps in front of a jutsu that would tear his former sensei's soul from his body. The jutsu begins to tear Kurama away instead. The Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto's time seems to have forgotten just why the village was founded and have lost their way. Through a mishap with a hiraishin seal, Tobirama finds himself during Naruto's time and he is having none of this nonsense. His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so.
And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets.
All Tobirama does know for certain is that no child will suffer underneath the protection of Konoha and if he has to take them in and care for them himself, then he will.

Izuku shifted to go in the third window instead of the second - he could drop down one more floor once the hero outside was gone. He used his knife to quickly flip open the lock and slipped inside, shutting the window behind him just in time to see the hero round the corner.
He let out a sigh of relief and turned around, only to freeze at the sight of two pro-heroes, someone who was probably a hero-in-training, and a little girl in a hospital bed all staring at him.
“What, exactly, do you think you’re doing?” Eraserhead asked. Casting his gaze quickly to the side, Izuku saw a dark grey owl spirit with glowing red eyes looming over the hero's shoulder. The sharp snap of a beak from the blue, glowing heron spirit in the corner - an aosagibi clearly belonging to the other hero, Present Mic - punctuated his words.

Yuuri began to splutter at that last one, though he could honestly see the scenario his sister voiced playing out in reality; he Skyped his family/friends pretty regularly, but even he had to admit that this scheme would require multiple video calls a week.
