When Shane realizes that Ilya might have ADHD, he comes up with a plan to help Ilya feel motivated to do certain non-preferred tasks, and deal with his executive dysfunction. What ensues is very silly: but ultimately, it's a grand declaration of love.

Summary
Married life with the Ottawa Centaurs is supposed to be stable.
Instead, Ilya Rozanov is losing sleep, reliving old trauma, and quietly unraveling while insisting he’s fine. Shane sees it in the small moments: the missed beats, the nodding head, the way Ilya sleeps anywhere he feels safe.
A hurt/comfort fic about nightmares, exhaustion, and the people who refuse to let Ilya disappear.

Summary
Ilya wasn’t trying to kill himself that night. Suicide is something that belongs to his mother- he’s just lazy, and he wishes Shane would stop making excuses for him.
Shane has everything under control. His body is a tool, the one that’s given him both his career and his relationship, and he wishes Ilya would stop prying into the way he maintains it.
or: Ilya learns a whole lot more about his mother, Shane remembers a whole lot more about his childhood, and they both get diagnosed.
