Summary
Theo lifted his eyes to look at him, eyes glowing as bloody as the right arm. Containing the usual caution, shock by the upheaval, and more bewilderment than any word could describe, all Liam could think at that particular moment was that the chimera looked to be in a state of extreme solitude.

Summary
“Liam,” David says mildly. “Is Theo naked under that blanket?”
Liam’s hand slips down from Theo’s hair to grab the edge of the blanket and surreptitiously tuck it higher over his obviously bare chest. “Maybe.”
“It’s not what it looks like,” Theo says with a casual wave.
David takes a tentative sniff of the air. “You mean, it’s not that you were injured while you were out and my son had to perform impromptu surgery on you? Sure, if you’d prefer that I think you boys were having sex instead on the family couch.”

Summary
Theo Raeken knew that he had done terrible things. He knew he had hurt people, and he knew that, despite what the pack said, he didn't deserve their forgiveness. He deserved to be an omega, on his own, and when he died he deserved to die in pain.
But his pack didn't deserve to die.
So he would do everything in his power to get them out of here, no matter the consequences.
