10 years after part 1 began, Jack dies. If you do not want Jack to die, do not read this part! Part 1 will have plenty of fluff and epilogues so stay there. Part 1 is unfinished as of yet but I'll finish that one first. Probably.
Jack leaves Robby a letter, calling him out on being in love with Willa and tasking him with 1. staying alive and 2. taking care of his family. Angst ensues. Part 1 is not necessary to understand Part 2, just know that Abbot is married to Willa and has a daughter named Clementine.
This fic is very much a WIP. There will be time jumps from when Jack dies ( this chapter) to about 20 months in the future (next chapter) and then we'll double back to get Willa's perspective for Jack's death.
