    “Mhm,” Kallus hummed, half-mindedly spinning his staff between his hands, “that’s a one hundred percent success rate.” Zeb always liked this, the banter before a spar, but the way Kallus stared at him, eyes sharp, hands moving with imperial precision as he talked out of his ass was thrilling.
