Summary
Angel detective Sieun and his demon partner Suho have been working together for two years when they start investigating a seemingly simple murder case, which turns out to be a lot darker than they thought at first glance. While investigating, the two detectives get closer.
Sieun struggles with his hidden feelings for Suho and his doubts about the path that was chosen for him by his father. Despite Sieun's emotional distance and misunderstandings between the pair, Sieun can't stop his feelings from overflowing, and it's becoming harder and harder to hide them from Suho.
There is heavy angst in this one, but also a lot of comfort, and as always with my stories, a happy ending <3 (eventually lol)

Whenever Sieun found himself looking over at Suho, he noticed a disconnect in Suho's gaze towards whatever he was staring at. Squinted eyes searching aimlessly, rubbing at his temples the way he would when the migraines returned for another round, as if he was looking at something yet not seeing it.
He knew that Suho wasn't oblivious to it, and that Suho knew Sieun wouldn't be oblivious to it either.
It was a simple waiting game to see how long Suho would let it go on for.
After Suho's vision starts to decline, he begins wearing glasses. Sieun isn't prepared for it in the slightest.
