Summary
The chances of experiencing a genetic mutation that differs a child's quirk to their parents' is extremely low, but never zero. After two long decades of hiding yourself & your quirk in the shadows, you were suddenly dragged into the spotlight. Considering how your quirk bears the risk of wiping out the entire human population, you unceremoniously piqued the interest of both the heroes and the villains. And of course this includes two dangerous men specifically (yikes).
