"I wish I could show you how pretty you are, Minnie." Hyunjin murmurs against Seungmin's cheek, pushing his shirt up his stomach. "My pretty baby."
He presses open mouthed kisses down his stomach, stopping just above his abdomen, all the while keeping the intimate eye contact between them. He toys with the wristband of Seungmin's sweatpants, biting his lip teasingly.
"You know, Seungminnie," Hyunjin says throatily, "I wouldn't want to distract you." He pulls away from Seungmin with one last cheeky scrape of his teeth. "You should go back to reading your book."

Summary
Sometimes Minho would walk out of the bathroom with his towel only covering his lower body.
Seungmin would wolf-whistle. Yes, he does that to Minho. He would shamelessly look at Minho up and down, staring at his pecs and thighs and Minho would never shy away. He does feel a little bit self-conscious but teasing Seungmin is more important in this type of situation.
So he marches forward, backing Seungmin to the wall of the hallway without even touching him, hoping that Seungmin would at least blush or something.
“If you like what you see, why don’t you start working out yourself, Seungmin?”
