Summary
They talk about the Union in whispers, hidden in the shadows as if that would keep them safe. They talk about its members in fear, with anxiety crawling through their veins and shaky voices. They talk about violence; about plumskin coloured bruises and about the bloody path they leave behind. But not once, never once do they speak about the fact that the members are only teenagers after all too.

Summary
There is a theory called 'the Last meeting'. Once you and someone you deeply loved have completed your journey together and learned the lessons you needed to learn, the universe ensures that you will never meet again. It doesn't matter if you still live in the same city or if you have mutual friends. You will not cross paths.
In this particular case, their last meeting was one of much hurt, a broken promise and missed opportunities. One that would haunt the narrative of one with the absence of the other, and one that would end up with one of them finding their early demise.

Summary
There were always bruises colouring Seongjes body. Purple, blue, yellow, green and brown. His body was a canvas for violence and he was the artist walking around wearing it with pride. So when new ones started to bloom, ones he didn't now how and when he just shrugged and went on with his day. Maybe he just forgot that he was hit there in a rush of adrenaline. At the end it didn't matter to him because tomorrow was a new day and there will already be new bruises painting his body.
