Summary
“dying isn’t so bad,” the prince says. “you don’t ever know what’s going to happen next, even when you’re alive. dying is no different.”
“but that’s the scary part!” the king's tears are like diamonds, throwing prisms across the sky. if he could he’d string them up and make them into more false stars, and he’d never run out of places to run away to. “i don’t want to not know what’s going to happen! i like it better this way!”
(a conversation on a burning star between two birds who died a long time ago.)

Summary
“I bought groceries for the next week,” Uzune said. “But I also stopped by the pharmacy and bought supplies.”
Supplies. Did that mean the pills he mentioned? Eek, the thought of it was scarier than Kazuaki had thought it would be. “O-oh,” he managed.
“I figured you might want some more time,” Uzune went on. “We could do it tonight and get it over with, or we could wait for the end of the week and eat all the groceries first. It’s up to you, I don’t really mind either way.”Series

Summary
Hajime Hinata outsmarted Junko Enoshima, he brought his friends back to life, he saved the man he failed the most — now, he's left with a life he doesn't really want and a duty to wake up the survivors of the 53rd killing game from their own pods.
Kokichi Ouma outsmarted the killing game itself, but his victory was cheap. He wakes up being cared for by a tired, sad man and his tired, sad friends and wonders why they didn’t just wake up Shuichi Saihara instead.

Summary
Kaito hates Kokichi… but he hates the killing game even more. In the cold, cavernous Exisal hangar, Kaito stares into the poison-fevered eyes of the Ultimate Supreme Leader and makes a decision: the killing game is over. He will not kill Kokichi. He will not drop the press and entomb this child inside the killing game he claims to despise. So, Kaito comes up with a plan to save Kokichi’s life, but to pull it off, the two of them will have to work together inside the Exisal, trick Monokuma into reaching a false verdict, and end the class trial before Kokichi succumbs to the Strike-9 poison.

Summary
One time, she saw a picture of a sign warning divers to swim no farther, lest they meet their death in an underwater cave. The sign shone bright white in the middle of an abyss. She couldn’t sleep the night she saw it. The stories she read about perished cave divers, paying the steepest price for knowledge about indifferent depths. How stupid could they be? But part of her knew that she was this stupid, too.
