    Lucifer's eyes flew wide open. “Yours? Why should your pheromones be this…”
    Slowly, their eyes met and Diavolo sighed. He seemed to wait for the other shoe to drop.
    “Why did Barbatos want me to leave?” Lucifer suddenly asked. 
    He watched the way Diavolo’s knuckles paled from his grip on the edge of the table. “I fear you already know.” 
    With uncertain steps, he moved closer. “Well clearly I must be mistaken.” He grabbed Diavolo’s wrist and when Diavolo made no attempt to pull himself free, he pushed it to his nose. Immediately, his senses were flooded with pheromones. 
    Omega pheromones.

    With Lucifer having to suffer through his first rut in ages and Diavolo finally opening up about being an Omega, they are trying to navigate spending their respective heat and rut in Diavolo's Castle. Will they finally manage to talk about their relationship? Or will one of them end up walking away?
