Obito got the distinct feeling that the lime wasn't what was being referenced here. He gulped, knowing his whole face was flushed—too flushed to be written off by alcohol. The edges of his vision blurred, out of focus. The firefly-dazzling lights and gentle hum of other patrons in the bar fading—all he could focus on was the bright point where hands met his waist, and the soft rustle of fabric over his too-warm ear.

Summary
Tsutako sealed her brother in a garden between planes, warded by ancient light, hidden from every god in the pantheon. It has held for centuries. It is, by all accounts, impenetrable.
Sanemi breaks through it by accident, mid-fight, covered in blood, and the first thing he sees is the most beautiful creature in existence standing barefoot in a spring asking him what death smells like.
He does not recover.

Denji tuts. “Stop thinking of Miss Makima, dude!”
Angel can only hope that since Denji is fine now, it won’t be long until Aki is too. He can’t bear to hear him be so enamoured by someone so cruel, someone who wants Angel dead if he didn’t yield something she needs.
He’s just about to walk away, to let Aki babble and recover far, far away from Angel’s presence, until another slurred sentence halts him in his tracks.
“Those wings… so soft… he’s…” Aki stops for a second, letting out a slow exhale before continuing, “he’s so … gorgeous.”
Angel freezes. Denji and Power suddenly don’t find the situation so funny anymore, instead they stare wide eyed at Angel. At his wings, his halo and very pink hair.
Denji lifts a shaky finger in his direction. “He’s … talking about Angel!?”
Or: When Aki and Angel suffer the consequences of multiple devil attacks, it seems like the universe is doing everything in it’s will to push them closer together.
