Until a massive, black dragon crossed your path and you found yourself thrown head first into politics and succession squabbles and the art of dragon riding. And yet, the most irksome thing of all managed to be your husband, who came back into your life, gaze sharp and intense and ever so curious. You honestly really just wanted him gone again.

An attempt at a SI-fic with a character not quite lucky enough to be given easy access to the main cast. Sporting a fresh case of “amnesia” and a disgustingly overpowered cursed technique to balance out his ineptitude, the casual fan who’s replaced Naoya Zen’in has enough on his plate without having to muddle through clan politics and the social repercussions of incarnating as such an utter bastard. It’s going to be really hard to save the world and not die when he’s barely involved in the original plot … and when he never even finished the damn manga.
Maybe he’s only half-lying when he says he doesn’t remember anything.

In which Ned Stark takes one look at the stranger’s unnatural beauty, silver hair and queer eyes and comes to the logical conclusion that the Old Gods have saddled him with yet another Targaryen. Tobirama, on the other hand, can’t quite bring himself to resent being surrounded by tall, kooky Northerners who claim the wolf as their sigil. Senju are all well and good, but Tobirama’s mother was a Hatake. Yes, this second go at it is all sorts of relaxing, even if his hosts seem impossibly soft and naive for—any life, really, much less such an overtly political one.
