‘This is awful weird Omi.’ Atsumu says. Kiyoomi levels him with an unimpressed glare from over the rim of his teacup.
‘I thought this is what people did at Christmas? Visited friends, ate food, made merry.’
‘Ya’ve never made merry in yer life though,’ Astumu says, and Kiyoomi tuts. ‘I don’t think ya’d even know where ta start.’
‘Well I’m starting here, aren’t I?’ Kiyoomi huffs into his mug.
‘Did ya get me a gift? Ya know, so I could make merry with ya?’ Atsumu wiggles his eyebrows and Kiyoomi rolls his eyes.
‘Grow up.’
‘Ya know what I think Omi?’ Atsumu shuffles forward on the sofa, levelling himself with the other man. ‘I think ya’ve shown up here because yer upset. Something’s wrong, I can practically taste it on ya, and ya’ve come here, unannounced on Christmas Eve, because ya think I can make ya feel better about whatever it is that’s bothering ya.’
Sakusa Kiyoomi is having a very bad Christmas Eve, made worse by the fact that he knows exactly what he needs to do to make himself feel better. He decidedly doesn't like the idea very much. A story set over the course of a year, from one Christmas Eve to the next.

Summary
The Black Jackal is the fanciest and most expensive gay strip club in all of Tokyo. Owned and operated by Sakusa Kiyoomi, the club prides itself on an exclusive clientele, discrete business practices, and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour towards their staff.
Miya Atsumu lands a job at this coveted club and immediately sets his sights on the elusive owner. But Kiyoomi is used to his dancers flirting with him for more time on the main stage or other benefits and ignores his advances. It’s only when Atsumu takes the hint and backs off that Kiyoomi falters, realising he misses the attention and craves Atsumu’s presence.
But in the world they live in it’s never that easy.

Frankly, he finds physical contact with other people to be repulsive. He’s seen the statistics on how many people actually wash their hands after using the restroom, and they’re disheartening enough for him to write off unnecessary touching as a solid no, thank you. It’s not worth it, not to him.
He hates shaking hands, flinches away from pats on the shoulder, cringes at the thought of pressing against someone on public transit. Even as a child, hugs from most family members left him craving at least a change of clothes before he could continue his day.
But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want it.
