"Uhm, hi, I…Uh I don't know anything about cars, but, uhm, this light came on this morning," Yuji rambles, feeling the man's intense stare on him as he gestures to the dash. "I don't know what it means, but I don't want my car to like…explode or something. So, please, help."
He swallows his nerves back, risks a glance back at the man, who is now genuinely smiling at him. A deep, rumbling chuckle falls from his lips, and oh, the sound curls down Yuji's spine exquisitely.
"No worries, kid." Even his voice is deep, smooth, confident. "Put 'er in park for me, and I'll take a look."

"—More?"
Yuji blinks away the tears clouding his vision, looking past the clone to find Megumi staring at him expectantly.
"Hm?" He questions, desperately willing the cotton to clear from his ears, and this saccharine smile curls on Megumi's lips.
"I said—" He's repeating himself, nice and slow. "Do you want more?"
A beat passes where Yuji considers; are two enough? Megumi still hasn't touched him, so, maybe he wants to see how many clones he can really take. The challenge mixes with arousal deep in Yuji's belly, goosebumps prickle his skin, and he nods.

"You can come out now."
The abandoned city's ambient noises answer him instead of the voice he longs to hear— crickets chirp away, howling wind shakes street signs, buildings groan as they settle once more. Megumi can't feel his energy, but who else could it be?
He clears his throat, speaks louder. "I know you're there, come on."
Totality barks, a high-pitched, soft little noise. Megumi knows its found him. More footsteps echo, disturbing the delicate silence as stones roll and crumble under foot. Megumi holds his breath, watching with rapt attention as the shadows part and out comes the man he's been waiting to see.

Yuji scooches even closer to her, nudging their shoulders together before shoving his phone in front of her face.
"I wanna do this," Yuji says, sounding a little breathless.
Nobara's eyes snap to the screen, watching intensely as a girl on screen places a piece of sushi on a bulging bicep in front of the camera. The girl makes eye contact before messily spilling an absurd amount of soy sauce on the bite, then leans down, opens her mouth wide, and eats the piece off the arm. Soy sauce trails down the muscle, drips enticingly while the girl licks her lips. Megumi's leaning into her other side, squishing her between their bulk, watching as the video plays once again.
"My birthday, uh," Yuji says, bringing their combined attention back to him. He can't help but lick his lips, flush decorating the tips of his ears. "I wanna do this for my birthday."

All he could do was stare. The words replayed over and over in his head as he searched for the punchline, for the final nail in his coffin. Heat rose to his cheeks, refusing to fade, and the silence that followed nearly felt worse than the entire conversation itself.
“What?” he managed.
Sukuna’s smile was a slow, cruel twist. “You heard me.”
After finding an old video of Sukuna online, Yuuji spends a miserable week trying, and failing, not to think about it. Sukuna helps him not think about it.

Yuuji’s smile freezes for a millisecond, then quickly returns to normal. The change in expression is so minute that for a moment, Iori thinks he’s imagined it – but then he sees Yuuji’s gaze drop, just slightly, so he no longer meets Iori’s eyes. He gives Iori’s head another pat as he stands.
“I’m sure you can, Iori-kun,” he says. “I’ll be rooting for you.”
The first time Iori sees Yuuji, he knows exactly what he wants. He never considers that desire might be the very thing that destroys him.
