    He wrapped his arm around Naruto, pressing the baby close to his chest. "We were exterminated for that. Uzushio doesn't exist anymore. The Uzumaki have all but died out. No one even remembers the names of the other clans, because there is no one alive to care."

    He met Sandaime's eyes with a hard gaze. "If you let this internal tension fester—which from what I've seen has been going on for decades—I can promise you it will tear this village apart. Your enemies will use it against you. I've seen how this ends. Don't make the same mistake."

    Shaken by the kyuubi's attack, Konoha doesn't closely question the strange new shinobi, or his immediate adoption of baby Naruto. Asahi, young and scarred by war in another life, struggles with taking care of a baby while trying to set the world on a better path.

    A potions accident sends a discontent and bitter Severus Snape back in time to his childhood years before Hogwarts. Seeing an opportunity to alter the future for the better, Severus' actions bring about more changes than he's even aware of. A lot can happen to a young wizard in seven years, especially at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

    No romantic relationships until the characters are older. The final pairing is currently undecided. This story will involve both homosexual and heterosexual relationships - don't like then don't read.
