“You know,” Neil taunted, “I don’t think I lose my fox senses when I shift back. I can hear your heartbeat.” Neil lowered his voice. “I can smell how turned on you are right now.”
Andrew scoffed and pulled out a cigarette, bringing it up to his lips and talking around it. “Yes, I’m so hard, thinking about your brain.”
Neil tracked Andrew’s movements as he finally brought a flame to the cigarette, sucking the acrid air into his lungs. It steadied him for only a split second before Neil opened his idiotic mouth once more.
“Let me take care of you,” he said roughly, “as a fox.”
