Summary
So I decided to rewrite Sam's experience in the cage from season 11. I added a little bit of spice.
I also suck in writing summaries. I promise my fanfic is better than it's summary.
Instead of Dean and Castiel showing up early to save Sam from Lucifer, they show up later. After Sam gets beaten up, Lucifer decides that he isn't done with Sam yet. So he makes Sam experience far more things. Memories from his time in the cage before plague his mind. Eventually the boys are able to get out and go back to bunker, where Dean takes care of Sam. He's going all Mother Hen on Sam, but Sam couldnt care less, happy to just have his brother by his side.

Something hard and warm lands in Dean’s lap. He jumps, startled, and Baby swerves on the wet road before he gathers himself. He looks down—Sam’s head is resting on his thigh, his hair brushing against Dean’s abdomen, his nose pressed against the coarse fabric of his jeans.
“Whoa, man!” Dean exclaims. He holds his arms awkwardly straight above Sam’s body, gripping the wheel with white knuckles as a feeling he can’t quite understand grips his heart.

Dean bursts out laughing.
