If they start to fake date it'll give her the cred she needs to get a real book deal. It shouldn't matter that she's been in love with him since she was 16. She's never acted on her feelings before and this won't change anything. Right?
This completely chaotic fic is a challenge to myself to see how many 100 prompt sentences I can fit into one fic.

That's why they remain in public as a loved-up couple, but they hardly see each other in private (except the sex after joint appearances). Colin distracts himself with various other women, but eventually Marina takes the decision that she won't accept any more flings of his (and especially the blurred photos of him with other women). So, for his fulfilment, she invites someone else into his bed.
