Din looked away from Grogu, who was trying to sneak candies out of the jar on Colonel Ward's desk. "Isn't that a good thing?"
"Not necessarily," she sighed, tossing the child a candy. Grogu cooed with delight, pawing at the wrapper as he retreated to sit on the barstool. "We lack the information needed to bring in more Imperials. The ones in custody have been hard to crack, and our spies have been hitting walls as of late."
"However, I still have work for you."
(Or, Din Djarin is tasked with the bounty of another child, and has a difficult time taking him in. For multiple reasons.)

Summary
What should be a straightforward diplomatic visit to the New Republic’s capital turns sour when a group of hostile Senators try to get Mandalore declared a threat to the Republic. It’s up to a woefully under-qualified team of Mandalorians to navigate the complexities of New Republic politics and convince the Senate that they don’t pose a threat to the galaxy.
“What’s the job?”
Bo takes a deep breath as if she expects him to react poorly. It instantly puts him on edge. “We’re going to Chandrila to meet with the New Republic Senate.”
Din’s sure he misheard that. He must have done, because he can’t think of any reason why he’d be needed for something like that.
