Summary
Stanley Pines finds quite an interesting board game while sorting through the family Pawn Shop's merchandise. It promises adventure, but Stan and his brothers will soon find that the adventure is a lot less family fun, and a lot more fighting for your very lives in the cold, dead heart of space.
They need to finish the game quickly in order to make it back to New Jersey-- if they can ever stop fighting!

Something moves. Pebbles skirt across the ground, echoing in the still-standing hollow of the cave. Sound is strange in there, and as the collapsed earth settles, it’s hard to tell if those movements are close or far away. There’s nothing he can see, not an outline or a shape. His world is nothing but the darkest pitch, stuck in this place where light does not reach.
Something is in here with him, and he can’t get away.

To finish his apprenticeship and become a hunter, Obito has to complete his first solo mission. But things go sideways when he gets trapped in a cave with a vampire.

Finding a sole ninja his age outnumbered on the battlefield puts a wrench in his plans. Now, he finds himself carrying this one-eyed, one-legged jerk Kakashi across Fire Country to get him home. It wouldn't be so bad, if Obito had any idea what he was doing.

Summary
He was there again. Most of his nightmares were about that cave, the musky smell of over-saturated earth, hearkening back to those days when he was bed-bound, injuries too fresh and severe. Night and day were meaningless then, so far from the mouth of the cave that there was no air flow. It was only after Kiri, and after Rin, that he reintegrated with the world enough to learn the date.
Six months. Six months in that rotten, stony hell. Six months, and then ten years. Ten years, and more.
OR:
Obito relives his own life as a passive observer in the aftermath of Kannabi Bridge. Rather than suffering the slow burn of his own downfall, he leaves the cave behind for something more, and finds himself in Konoha.
There is a version of Rin and Kakashi he's never known, and he would like to meet them.
Too bad the Nohara and Hatake clans aren't known for communing with ghosts.
