“Good enough for me,” Mingi shrugs. He plants his hands around the newcomer’s surprisingly plush cheeks and pulls him into a toe-curling kiss.
In Mingi’s defence, Wooyoung dared him to french the next person that walked into the back yard. He accepted because a) it’s a dare, b) it’s Sannie’s birthday party and the Venn diagram of their mutual acquaintances is basically just one big circle and c) he was honestly expecting Seonghwa hyung to come back with more drinks and who wouldn’t want to play tonsil hockey with him?
Or, in which Yunho walks through the door and Mingi kisses the living daylights out of him on a dare and maybe falls a little bit in love at first sight. Cue hijinks and shenanigans to get Yunho alone and find out if their chemistry is more than just a one-off spark.

Summary
Yunho has never experienced real love—or whatever people call love nowadays—and he could go as far as saying that such a thing didn't exist.
He has dated boys over the years, of course he did. But none of them made him feel entirely comfortable. Every kiss, every date, it all felt forced. He felt strange and guilty in a way he never thought he would ever feel. Every relationship ended terribly badly, either he would be cheated on, or they would leave saying something like "You're just a hypocrite", and deep down, he started to believe it.
So imagine his surprise when he met Mingi. Sweet, beautiful, attentive Mingi who completed Yunho in the best way possible. He didn't feel forced to do anything and was always there for him, so it was inevitable for Yunho not to fall in love with him.
Were his feelings reciprocated? Probably not, but he was willing to endure it as long as he was able to stay by Mingi's side.

This time, Yunho turns to face Mingi, wanting to make sure he heard that correctly. “Other…alpha scents?”
Mingi pauses for a moment, as if he was asked something that should have been obvious. “Yeah…the alpha scents. From the alpha students. All living together in a residence hall dedicated to only alphas. Unless you sniffed out a beta or omega? If you did, we should probably tell the RA. Betas and omegas aren’t allowed in this building.”
That’s when everything begins to click like clockwork in Yunho’s brain. The lack of scent he exudes due to his medical patches, the amount of times he’s been mistaken for an alpha and how he never corrected them, why the front desk admin didn’t even bother to pull up his profile when he signed in and asked for his dorm key.
Yunho was an omega who accidentally got himself placed into the alpha dormitory.
Yunho gets mistaken for an alpha, is accidentally assigned to the alpha dorms, pretends to be an alpha, falls in love with an alpha. All in that order.
