Summary
“It’s dangerous out here at night,” Remus wet his lips, suddenly aware of how dry they were, “and we’re quite far from the nearest town.”
The man in front of him continued to gaze up at him, eyes twinkling with a dangerous look, seeming to dare him to ask risky questions, to probe and let curiosity kill the cat. “What’s your name?” he asked, feigning ignorance to Remus’ concern.
“Remus.” He answered without a second thought to who he was telling this to, something about the other man made him want to lay himself out bare, secret’s spilling out into the night air, all the good and the ugly. Something about the other man was dangerous but Remus felt the blood in his veins ignite at the thought.
“Remus,” the man with eyes like the moon whispered, “I’m Sirius.”
aka. the one where Sirius is a vampire and Remus a cowboy and they fall in love

Summary
Vampires are the most loathed creatures in all the world. For centuries, they brought death and bloodshed upon every living being, and as a result, after a long, gruesome history of violence, they were imprisoned within their own land by powerful magical borders, ensuring their cruelty could never touch another soul again.
But what happens when those borders fail to hold, and two fugitive vampires find themselves crossing into the realm of their ancient enemies?
Is it a flaw in the magic that binds their world… or a destiny long foretold?

Summary
Dr Evan Rosier is one of the best cardiothoracic surgeons in the country. Precise, controlled, and intolerant of incompetence, he performs operations no one else can pull off.
When a video of him tearing apart a registrar in the OR is leaked, the hospital decides to give him a lesson in humility. Their solution: Pair him up with Dr Barty Crouch.
Barty is chaotic, reckless, and infuriatingly brilliant. And completely immune to Evan’s criticism, insults, and desperate attempts to maintain professional distance.
Now, with donors watching, staff filing complaints, and a director who would very much like both of them gone, Evan is stuck in a volatile partnership he never asked for.
And the harder Evan tries to keep things professional, the more spectacularly he fails.
