“Because Tony deserves to be wooed a little, okay!”
“He thinks the sketches are for his robot!”
Steve sighed in despair, running a hand through his hair and looking down at his sketchbook despondently. “Yeah. I don’t blame him. Most of the sketches I leave him are of Dum-E. He probably got the wrong idea. I just - I like drawing things he makes. He’s an artist too, you know. His suit is just - wow. And Dum-E is his quirky robot son. His child. I can’t not draw him.”
Bucky's grin softened. "Aw, Steve. That's sweet. But,” He hesitated. “Do you only leave him sketches of the bots?"
"No." Steve said miserably. "Sometimes I draw the suit. Him in the suit. One time I drew the bots and the suit."
"Well that's. Cool."
"I'm hopeless!" Steve wailed, collapsing face-down on the couch. "We're never going to date him at this rate."

Rules for Dating Tony
~~Go in the order you were assigned
~~Each date lasts from dinner time to breakfast the morning after
~~No alcohol involved because a drunk Tony is a slutty Tony and that’s not playing fair
**addendum– a glass of champagne, wine or a single beer if applicable to the date is fine. But no more than that.
~~You can ask for help with your date, but sabotaging other dates is not allowed.
~~If you’ve already had a date, keep your distance until someone else’s date is over (11 am)
~~The date/night can be in the style/place of your choosing, but no copying other people’s ideas.
~~If an opportunity for sexual relations arises, consent must be verbally given by Tony.
~~There must be twenty four hours between the end of one date and the start of some one else’s turn.
~~If Tony declines a date, you forfeit your turn
~~If Tony chooses one team member to continue dating, the others will respectfully bow out

When Tony agrees to a cooking date with a new boyfriend, the Iron Man immediately panics because he DEFINITELY cannot cook at all and desperately needs a recipe that will disguise his kitchen disaster-ness and general food gremlin tendencies.
The team steps in to help Tony learn to cook. They share their favorite recipes, put the kitchen back together after the inevitable mess, and try hard to not let the truth of everyone’s collective crush on the genius slip.
Tony has no idea that every single member of the Avengers would be all too happy to kiss him while cooking, thrilled to hold hands during movie night, and full on ecstatic to cuddle up together in the mornings. They are ALL in love with Tony and if he ever looked up from frantically studying his recipe cards, the brilliant billionaire would probably figure it out.
The team just wants Tony happy, so they stay quiet about their feelings, Tony learns to cook, and on Saturday night Tony is out the door to see his boyfriend...
