Having to protect Peter's secret identity, and not wanting to disappoint their happy fans, they decide to keep up the charade just a little bit longer...

Miles and Peter are classmates, best friends, and even roommates? After Miles's dad turns himself into a supervillain made out of bees and leaves for good, Miles has nowhere to go. Fortunately, Aunt May offers a place for him to stay, so Miles moves in with the Parkers.
Haunted by his nightmares and panic attacks, Miles has to deal with his past traumas of being mind-controlled and abandoned by his only family. With Peter being there to help him through everything, Miles realizes he might have more than friendly feelings for his best friend, which is made more awkward by sharing a room, sharing a bed, and having to go undercover as a couple.

Amir tsked, hands sliding down your arms. His hands were so smooth, and you couldn’t help but feel insecure about every bump he traced across your skin. “This is unacceptable. We do all these lessons, these practices, but nothing changes.”
You frowned, fighting back a well of emotions inside of you. “I am trying. I feel like I’m putting on a facade of some sort. I just think you see me differently than I see me,” you countered, eyes threatening to water.
There was a beat of silence in the room, and all you could hear was your heart thundering in your chest. You felt his grip tighten on your arms, and for a moment his gaze became unreadable. “Well, if you are not able to appreciate the fine work of craftsmanship you are, I will simply have to show you,” he stated matter-of-factly, and with a shrug of his shoulders you were being turned once more.
This, however, was a little different.

John is lonely and somewhat depressed, but so is Bob. Somewhere along the line, they get used to each other’s silences, odd as they find it.

She pauses, her well-manicured brows wringing together, and she looks like she's downed a bottle of vinegar. "Well, it's about your activities with the homeowner. The noise... carries."
Or, everyone in the house can hear you and Eddie having sex. You're simply too loud, so Eddie challenges you to keep quiet.
