Summary
Zeff knows his boy.
Always knew there was more to his backstory than just the Orbit, too, even if Sanji clammed up tighter than any shellfish in the sea rather than drop a single hint.
Glaring up into a face he knows, bearing an utterly indifferent expression, being worn by some musclehead with green slicked-back hair and a fancy shiny outfit, Zeff is pretty sure he’s about to get hit with a whole lot more than any mere hint.

In the end Zeff is rescued with Sanji and they both go to Wano and he officiates a wedding with the Marino and Luffy laughs with a shishishi and they all dance and live happily ever after amen

Summary
Zoro’s not worried about the cook running off to get hitched. Sanji can handle himself; Zoro’s positive he’ll sort out this shit and return back to the crew, and to him, in no time. Sanji doesn't need him to worry.
However, when he’s outvoted and the whole crew travels to Whole Cake Island, Zoro quickly realizes how wrong he was.

Zeff doesn’t believe for one minute his scrawny little Eggplant, who only weighs ninety pounds soaking wet, really managed to cook up a wealth of frozen fish to eat entirely on his lonesome the first time it happens. But he lets it slide anyway; and the second time too, and the third, until it becomes a regular thing, going on for a couple of months. Not every morning, but at least two or three times a week, Zeff notices a missing tray or empty box, and double checks his inventory to confirm yet another selection of meat has up and vanished.
Clearly, Eggplant’s cooking and feeding the stuff to someone, and just as clearly doesn’t want to come clean about it.
(In later hindsight, Zeff supposes he can understand why.)
