It’s a layer of input he really doesn’t need right now, busy as he is.
But he’s been woken up. Restless. Needy.
Late in bed, when all his chores are done, fingers travel up to his collarbone, where the newest acquisition is waiting for him.

And if that happens, somehow, you're definitely not supposed to kiss him less than a year later. And then later. And then later. And then later, until you realize you never want to leave his bed despite the fact that you've never told him the truth about the bear tattoo on your chest.
