"Why?" Carl asked, turning the walkie over to inspect it more closely.
"Relax, kid. I didn't plant a damn bomb on you. So we can talk. Or talkie, as these damn things call it. You ever thought about how dumb the name 'walkie-talkie' is?"
Negan gifts Carl a walkie-talkie after his visit to the sanctuary. Carl is hesitant, but can't seem to pull himself away from their late-night conversations.
