Summary
clive breaks up with a long-term boyfriend, and joshua sees an opportunity. or, clive takes someone who's not a stranger home from a bar, and gets what he didn't realize he was after anyway.
A week out from a breakup with a boy he was already on the fence about continuing a relationship with and here he is moping in a bar. In a club. He’d laugh at his own god damn stereotypical bullshit if he had it in him, but in the moment, it manifests in an audible snort as he fishes out a third ice cube and elects to suck on it. There is still a vague taste of alcohol clinging to it and so he savors the bitterness before nudging the glass away. Maybe another one. Maybe a short walk to find himself some of those cigarettes, though he hasn’t smoked in a good six years.

Summary
It wasn’t very often they were able to smoke together. Noctis has too many eyes on him at all times. The tabloids would go insane if their beloved prince was tainted by something even as simple as weed. Prompto, while having much more freedom, had to be careful as well. The crown guard and those in training had to be regularly drugged tested to ensure the safety of the royal family. The last thing Prompto wanted was to endanger Noctis, least of all because of a laced gummy bear. Their different schedules did not help their situation.
However, tonight was planned well in advance and something they had never done before. If they get interrupted by their other lovers, it will only add to the fun.
