10 years after the first prince goes missing, known thieves Arsenal and Flash steal his crown from the palace. In their efforts to escape the guards, they happen upon a tower, in which resides a cheerful man who wants desperately to see the lights. The criminal duo agrees to help, under threat of losing their quarry, and set off on a journey that will change the entire kingdom irrevocably.
