Which only made it all the more obvious when the realisation dawned in Buck's expression, gaze flitting around the empty air around Eddie's head, as if he was imagining that he could see the pheromones Eddie was pumping out. “Oh.”
“Buck…” Eddie warned, attempting to stare him down, but failing pathetically when Buck's eye contact had his brain screaming give in, submit, present.
“You're in heat.” Buck breathed, and Eddie couldn't help but stare at the blush blossoming across Buck's cheekbones.
