She watched him playing with the ice pick, his nimble fingers maneuvering the cold metal around and around.
"Please," she said, eyes imploring. "Do it."
The pick pierced the corner of her eye with superhuman speed and precision.
Her whimper turned into a whine when he began to scrape. God, it felt so good.
"Is that what you needed?" He cooed while he scrambled her brain. "Needed me to give that beautiful mind of yours a break?"
Then he was pulling out, a thin line of blood connecting the corner of her eye to the tip of the pick until it snapped and she felt the effects of his ministrations hit her full force.
Quiet. Beautifully, blessedly quiet.
